DrawFlow Calculator is a construction-focused software application designed for contractors, builders, estimators, and construction professionals.

DrawFlow Calculator provides tools including:

• Construction calculators
• Measurement and quantity calculations
• Projects
• Materials and expense tracking
• Project financial information
• Estimates
• Invoices
• DrawFlow AI business assistant
• Account and cloud-based functionality

Features may vary depending on the user's access level, trial status, purchase, subscription, device, operating system, and availability.

You must be legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you.

If you create an account on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Some DrawFlow Calculator features require an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information;
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account;
• Activities performed through your account.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

DrawFlow Calculator may provide eligible new users with a 7-day trial period.

The DrawFlow Calculator trial is provided by Shumi Technologies and is separate from Apple's In-App Purchase system.

The trial may provide access to features that would otherwise require a paid entitlement.

The trial does not automatically create an Apple paid subscription.

Eligibility for the trial may be determined by DrawFlow Calculator's server-side account and entitlement system. The trial period is associated with the user's account and may not be available again after it has been used.

DrawFlow Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase.

The current listed price is $49.99 USD, subject to the price displayed by Apple in the user's App Store region.

A Lifetime purchase provides permanent access to the construction calculator functionality associated with the Lifetime entitlement.

The Lifetime purchase does not automatically renew or expire.

Lifetime access does not include DrawFlow Pro Monthly features unless the user also has an active Pro entitlement.

DrawFlow Pro Monthly is an auto-renewable monthly subscription.

The current listed price is $6.99 USD per month, subject to the price displayed by Apple in the user's App Store region.

DrawFlow Pro Monthly provides access to Pro features, which may include:

• Projects
• Project financial information
• Materials and expense tracking
• Estimates
• Invoices
• DrawFlow AI business assistant
• Other Pro features introduced or improved during the subscription period

DrawFlow Pro Monthly is intended to provide ongoing access to DrawFlow Calculator's Pro software features and functionality.

Features may be improved, updated, expanded, or modified over time, while maintaining the core value of the Pro service.

DrawFlow Pro Monthly is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's App Store.

The subscription automatically renews at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled by the user through their Apple account before the renewal date.

The applicable renewal price will be the price displayed by Apple at the time of renewal, subject to Apple's applicable pricing and notification policies.

DrawFlow Calculator does not directly process Apple App Store subscription payments.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store are managed through the user's Apple account and Apple's subscription management system.

To manage or cancel a DrawFlow Pro Monthly subscription, users should use Apple's subscription management settings.

Deleting a DrawFlow Calculator account does not necessarily cancel an active Apple subscription.

Users should cancel an active Apple subscription separately through their Apple account if they no longer wish to be charged.

Payments for DrawFlow Lifetime and DrawFlow Pro Monthly purchased through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple.

Prices may vary by App Store country or region and may be displayed in the user's local currency.

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple's App Store are handled according to Apple's applicable policies and procedures.

Shumi Technologies does not independently process or control Apple App Store payments or Apple's refund decisions.

DrawFlow Calculator may provide a Restore Purchases function to allow users to restore eligible Apple purchases associated with their Apple account.

Restoration is subject to Apple's transaction and entitlement systems.

DrawFlow Calculator provides calculation and estimation tools intended to assist users with construction-related work.

DrawFlow Calculator calculations, quantities, measurements, estimates, costs, and other outputs should be reviewed by the user before being relied upon.

Users are responsible for verifying calculations, measurements, quantities, prices, material requirements, and other results.

DrawFlow Calculator does not replace professional judgment or professional services, including architectural, engineering, construction, legal, accounting, financial, or other professional advice.

DrawFlow Calculator may provide an AI-powered business assistant that helps users interact with supported DrawFlow Calculator features using natural language or voice input.

AI functionality may assist with tasks such as creating or updating supported business records, retrieving information, and performing supported calculations or actions.

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors or omissions.

Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming information before relying on AI-generated results or using them for business, financial, construction, purchasing, estimating, invoicing, or other decisions.

DrawFlow AI does not replace professional advice or independent verification.

Users may enter or create information through DrawFlow Calculator, including:

• Project information
• Client information
• Materials
• Expenses
• Labor information
• Purchases
• Invoices
• Estimates
• Financial information
• Other business-related information

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information you submit to DrawFlow Calculator.

You must not submit information that you do not have the right to use or process.

You agree not to:

• Use DrawFlow Calculator for unlawful purposes;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to DrawFlow Calculator systems;
• Circumvent subscription or entitlement controls;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected components except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
• Use DrawFlow Calculator to distribute malicious software or harmful content;
• Abuse, exploit, or disrupt DrawFlow Calculator services.

DrawFlow Calculator, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, text, features, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Shumi Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from DrawFlow Calculator or its protected materials.

We aim to provide reliable access to DrawFlow Calculator but do not guarantee that the App or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, infrastructure issues, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Features may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued where reasonably necessary.

Users may request deletion of their DrawFlow Calculator account through the account deletion functionality provided in the App.

Account deletion may permanently remove or deactivate information associated with the account, subject to applicable legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate retention requirements.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription.

Your use of DrawFlow Calculator is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information associated with DrawFlow Calculator.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DRAWFLOW CALCULATOR IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT CALCULATIONS, ESTIMATES, AI OUTPUTS, COST INFORMATION, OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APP WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

USERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING INFORMATION BEFORE RELYING ON IT.

DRAWFLOW CALCULATOR IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURAL, CONSTRUCTION, LEGAL, ACCOUNTING, FINANCIAL, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHUMI TECHNOLOGIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF DRAWFLOW CALCULATOR.

THIS MAY INCLUDE LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INDIRECT LOSSES.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the App, website, or other reasonable means.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date indicated at the beginning of the updated document.

We may suspend or terminate access to DrawFlow Calculator where reasonably necessary, including in cases of violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or activities that may harm DrawFlow Calculator or its users.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any applicable dispute will be subject to the courts of Ontario, Canada, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
